Garancia was founded in 2004 by Savéria Coste, a pharmacist from a family of four generations of pharmacists. Her family pharmacy, opened in 1908, was in Marseille.
The brand pairs high-tech actives with natural ingredients, in the spirit of its motto: there is no magic without science. Pschitt Magique, from 2004, was its first product, and the Mystérieuse range followed in 2007.
